For players looking to continue their development beyond the regular season, offseason training can be a great way to sharpen skills and stay competitive. Below are some nearby training options to help take your game to the next level.
HP Programs
Summer of Sundays Hockey Skills
š Keep the fun going this summer with your friends & teammates at the St. Louis Park Rec Center! This program features a mix of skill stations, small-area games, cross-ice, and half-ice play. Players will be grouped by age, experience, and skill level. Open to all returning youth (Mite, Squirt, Peewee) and girls (6U, 8U, 10U, 12U).

Parent-Organized Options
Minnesota All-Star Hockey (MASH)
Teams are generally formed within players' 1-yr age group. Up to 10 games against nearby competition; no practices. Cost is roughly $125-$150 per skater.
- Spring: April/May (Feb registration)
- Fall: August/September (Jun registration)
3v3 Leagues
Each team has three skaters and a goalie on the ice at a time. Leagues run spring, summer and fall.Ā Some leagues offer the opportunity to sign up individually or get your friends together and form a team!

Camps & Clinics
The following offer a variety of clinics, private and small group lessons, and off-ice training focusingĀ on skating technique, speed, skills, etc. Each group has a different offerings, some being full-day for a week, some 1x a week for the summer, and some offer in-season training as well.
